Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on March 23, 2023, found that Jevs Care at Home had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a complaint investigation survey completed on January 31, 2023.
